Refund & Return Policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with MiracleMat. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the terms below.
1. Return Window
Returns must be requested within 30 days after your order is delivered.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received,
- In its original packaging, and
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards,
- Downloadable software products,
- Certain health and personal care items,
- Perishable goods, and
- Hazardous materials or flammable products.
4. Condition-Based Returns
We may decline or partially refund returns if an item is used, damaged, missing parts not caused by our error, or returned outside the 30-day window.
5. How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at sales@miraclemat.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back to the manufacturer.

7. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not appeared:
- Check your bank account again,
- Contact your credit card provider, and
- Contact your bank (posting delays are common).

9. Exchanges (Defective or Damaged Items)
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Email us at sales@miraclemat.com to request an exchange for the same item.
10. Gift Returns
If an item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, we may issue a gift credit when the return is approved.
If it was not marked as a gift, refunds are issued to the original purchaser and original payment method.
11. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, return shipping/handling fees may be deducted where applicable.
For items over $75, we recommend trackable shipping and shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items sent without tracking.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of purchase applies, subject to applicable law.
