Refund & Return Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with MiracleMat. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the terms below.


1. Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery.


2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items
  • Perishable goods
  • Hazardous materials or flammable products

4. Condition-Based Returns

Returns may be declined or partially refunded if items are:

  • Used, damaged, or altered
  • Missing parts not due to our error
  • Returned outside the 30-day window

5. Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 10%–20%, depending on the condition of the returned item. This fee covers inspection, handling, and repackaging.


6. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email sales@miraclemat.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable)

Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.

8. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • A restocking fee and any applicable shipping/handling charges may be deducted
  • Processing times vary depending on your bank or card provider

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not appeared:

  • Recheck your bank account
  • Contact your credit card provider
  • Contact your bank (processing delays are common)

10. Exchanges (Defective or Damaged Items)

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
Contact sales@miraclemat.com to arrange an exchange for the same item.


11. Gift Returns

  • If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift credit may be issued upon approval
  • If not marked as a gift, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser and payment method

12. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless due to our error or a confirmed defect
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • For items over $75, we recommend trackable shipping and insurance
  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit

13. Policy Changes

This policy may be updated from time to time. The version published at the time of purchase will apply, subject to applicable law.
