Duties, Taxes, and Tariffs
Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import duties, customs fees, tariffs, brokerage fees, or local taxes set by the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not included in product prices or shipping fees at checkout.
The customer is responsible for paying all import-related charges required for delivery.
Refused or Unclaimed Shipments
If import charges are not paid and a shipment is refused or left unclaimed, the carrier or customs authority may return the package or dispose of it according to local regulations.
If a refused or unclaimed package is returned to us, any eligible refund will be processed minus:
- Original shipping costs, and
- Return shipping, customs, or handling fees charged to us by the carrier.
If the package is not returned to us (for example, if it is abandoned or destroyed by the carrier/customs authority), no refund can be issued.
